Event Deadline

If your payment isn't received by the deadline, your entry will be scratched and your spot given to someone else. Any special pricing will only be honored if payment is received by the deadline.
Entry Fee
6/20/08 - $100.00 ($235 non-Subaru participant)

Your entry fee includes a catered lunch, drinks and snacks all day, instruction (based on availability), as well as stick-on numbers.

Refund Policy
Full Refund
Your entry fee, if prepaid, will be refunded in full if your cancellation is made at least 14 days before the event date.
Credit Towards Future Event
If cancellation is made within 14 days of the event date but more than 72 hours before the event, we will issue you a 100% credit towards the next event. This credit, when issued must be used within 6 months of the date of issue.
No Refund
If you cancel within 72 hours of the event, no refunds nor credit will be issued. We're sorry but we cannot issue refunds for mechanicals or if you have problems with your car.
We reserve the right to modify our refund policy without prior notice.

Sharing A Car
 


We allow more than one driver to share a car. If both drivers drive the car in the same run group, then only one entry fee is required. If both drivers intend to drive in separate run groups, then two separate entry fees are required.
